Prenatal Massage in Huntington Beach

Prenatal massage therapy is a safe, research-supported approach to supporting the body during pregnancy. Clinical studies show that massage can reduce stress hormones, relieve pain, improve mood, and enhance overall well-being. By promoting circulation, supporting nervous system regulation, and encouraging hormonal balance, prenatal massage offers both physical relief and emotional support for expecting mothers.

Why Clients Come to Me

As a massage therapist trained in multiple modalities—including craniosacral therapy and intuitive bodywork—each prenatal session is customized to your body’s changing needs.

Clients often come in for:

  • Hip and low back pain
  • Sciatic discomfort
  • Neck and shoulder tension
  • Swelling and circulation support
  • Nervous system overwhelm

This isn’t just relaxation—it’s productive relaxation.

A blend of therapeutic technique and intuitive awareness helps your body release tension while staying deeply supported and safe.

A little about my passion for prenatal massage

When I was pregnant at 25, prenatal massage wasn’t something I experienced. It wasn’t something I fully understood, and it wasn’t something I allowed myself to prioritize. I was in a season of giving—taking care of others, moving forward, doing what needed to be done.

My birth was a traditional hospital birth, and everything went well. But later, as I began learning and growing in more holistic spaces, I started to see pregnancy and birth through a different lens. I heard stories of women feeling deeply supported, connected, and empowered in their experiences—home births, water births, intentional care.

And something in me stirred.

Not regret exactly… but a recognition that I hadn’t fully allowed myself to receive that level of support.

That realization became part of my own healing journey.

Through massage school and the work I do now, I’ve found a deep passion for supporting wom

en during pregnancy—not just physically, but emotionally. To create a space where they can pause, soften, and be cared for.

Because pregnancy shouldn’t just be something you get through.
It should be something you feel supported in.
